30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This return window applies to eligible orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, except for a brief try-on
• Unwashed and undamaged
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or missing tags may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items

How to Start a Return

Email us at service@lumibello.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send an item back before contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to sizing, preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Lumibello does not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To order a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

The customer is responsible for returning the original item. Shipping for the new order will be calculated at checkout. If the requested item is unavailable, the eligible returned item will be refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Once confirmed, Lumibello will provide instructions and cover the related return or replacement shipping costs. Please do not send the item back before receiving instructions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

You may contact us within 1 business day of placing your order to request a cancellation.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
